Perfecting Personal Injury Claims Against Estates

Thomas J. Bonasera and I recently published an article in Ohio Trial Magazine (Volume 15, Issue3) on the above subject. Targeted at trial atttorneys, the article discusses the competing time restrictions between Ohio’s statues of limitation to bring a personal injury claim and a claim against a decedent’s Estate (R.C. §§ 2305.10 and 2117.06 respectively).
